Finance Department

The Department of Finance of UNSI completes all accounting, bookkeeping and payroll functions of the organization. If required, the Department could also assist individual Bands with accounting.

Carl Gould is the Chief Financial Officer for UNSI. Carl has been employed with UNSI since 1970. He worked initially as a Communications Officer and then moved to the position of Office Manager in 1972. In 1975, Carl began to perform the bookkeeping function.

He was elected Secretary Treasurer first in 1976 and for several years thereafter. Carl was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 1991 and has continued to lead the organization's finances since that time.

Carl is a self-professed movie buff and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
